On this website, to accept and manage reservations, we use Avaibook technology. This booking system allows you to make real-time bookings at our villas.
In order to guarantee your reservation, please consider the conditions below:
– In order to preform any operation at this website you must be at least 18 years old;
– To book with a credit card, it’s essential to provide the card number and, when requested, your security code. This is the only way to confirm and guarantee your bookings. It is also necessary to provide a phone number and email address so that you can receive all necessary information about the status of your reservations.
– On this website you will find all rates and promotions along with the conditions of sale in the tab of each accommodation.

Reservations
The booking confirmation requires a security deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booking indicated by the system. This payment serves to guarantee the provision of the cost of the preparations and arrangements of the accommodation for your reservation.
Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy of 6 people and a minimum of 1 person.
Accommodations that have three rooms have the opening of each room conditioned to the number of people mentioned in the reservation. Thus, for 1 or 2 people, only the master bedroom will be open; for 3 or 4 people, both the master bedroom and the 3rd bedroom will be open; and for 5 or 6 people, all rooms will be open. In the context of special needs, they must be reported to us so that we can deal with all the details in a timely manner. Cases of special needs must be notified at least 7 days in advance by email, to reservations@bluebaycorralejo.com.
An additional fee may be charged for cases of specific/special needs. To know about, eventual, addional charges you may use the our contacts, that you can find at www.bluebaycorralejo.com/contacts.com.
Babies under 2 years old imply no additional cost other than the, non mandatory, cot or bed.
The minimum stay is of 7 nights. In high season (Easter, Summer, Christmas) the minimum stay is 15 nights.

Reservation Confirmation
The system will provide the booking information along with a code that will be used in all operations or communications relating to the respective booking.
The confirmation of the reservation, provided by the system, will be subject to the validation of the credit card information or, if applicable, the receipt of the bank transfer. If there is an error in the credit card information provided, the reservation will be canceled.
Bookings made by bank transfer are only considered when actually received.
About payment confirmations: all confirmations regarding reservations will be provided by: Blue Bay Corralejo.
On “Availability and price” and in the “Booking Confirmation”, the total cost of your reservation will be displayed.
Availability is only guaranteed for reservations made through the direct payment system (ex: credit or debit card).
Blue Bay Corralejo reserves the right to correct the contents of a reservation if an obvious error is at issue.Modification, Cancellation of Reservations and No Shows
Eventual changes regarding the number of guests, the type of villa or any other aspect that does not involve changing the dates of the reservation, can be requested by email to reservations@bluebaycorralejo.com and can always be subject to availability and the corresponding supplement, if applicable.
These general cancellation conditions do not apply and therefore no refunds will be made for bookings made during the Easter, Summer (10 July – 15 September) and Christmas (23 December – 6 January) periods of each year.
Once the check in has been completed, no cancellation or modification of the reservation can be made, therefore if the client decides to bring forward his departure date or modify any of the conditions of his reservation (number of nights, number of persons, type of villa, type of accommodation, etc.), he will not be entitled to any refund.
The General Conditions of Cancellation will not be applicable to rates with offers or promotions, in these cases the particular conditions corresponding to the same will be applied.
A deposit of 30% of the total booking is required in advance. You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days after you booked.

General
Performing any operation on this website implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
These conditions are generally applicable, except for those promotions that list specific conditions for cancellation, modification or refund, other than the foregoing.
No pets allowed.
The prices shown do not include taxes from those regional or local authorities that establish specific rates for stays in tourist establishments located within their Autonomous Communities. As a general rule, those fees shall be paid directly by the customer prior to his or her departure from the property.
Once check in is complete, the total amount for the stay must be paid in full. A credit/debit card must be provided as a guarantee.

Blue Bay Corralejo is not responsible for any interruption, failure or inaccessibility for any other reason in the systems that may occur due to interruptions, failures or the inaccessibility of any telecommunications or other services, unrelated to but necessary for the proper functioning of this website.

You can pay your reservations by debit or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express or by bank transfer.
According to Law 11/2021, of 9 July, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud: transactions equal to or greater than €1,000 euros or its equivalent in foreign currency cannot be settled in cash if the taxpayer is a tax resident in Spain. For natural persons who prove that they do not reside, for tax purposes, in Spain and do not carry out professional or business functions in that country, this limit is €10,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency.

Right of Withdrawal
As established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, our entity is protected by the exception indicated in Article 103.l: “The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing, transportation of goods, rental of vehicles, food or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution”.
